By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Services
We provide wellness, massage, recovery, and relaxation services.
Service experiences may vary from person to person.
Therapy Protocols
Therapy protocols may vary based on the client's age, physical condition, recovery goals, and the therapist's professional recommendations.
Steam Bath and Ice Bath services are subject to therapist assessment, client eligibility, and water availability.
Appointments & Bookings
Appointments should be booked in advance through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or in person.
All therapy sessions are available strictly by prior appointment.
Complimentary (free) sessions included with packages must be utilized within the package validity period.
Missed appointments without prior notice may be treated as utilized sessions and deducted from the package.
Late arrivals may result in reduced session duration.
Payments
Payments must be completed at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.
All prepaid therapy packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Package pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and cash payments.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in charges or loss of booking.
Rescheduling depends on availability.
Client Responsibility
Clients should provide accurate information relevant to their booking experience and comfort preferences.
HPW Therapy Clinics by House of Peace & Wellness is not responsible for issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by clients.
Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other visitors. HPW Therapy Clinics by House of Peace & Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services in cases of inappropriate behavior.
Limitation of Liability
HPW Therapy Clinics by House of Peace & Wellness provides services on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
Individual results may vary depending on physical condition, training load, medical history, recovery status, and adherence to therapist recommendations.
Package Validity
Single Session: Valid only on the same day of purchase.
Book 5, Get 1 Free: Package remains valid for 6 months.
Book 10, Get 2 Free: Package remains valid for 12 months.
Book 20, Get 5 Free: Package remains valid for 12 months.
Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
