No. Book directly. If we think you need to see a doctor first, we will tell you before taking payment.
A booking fee of ₹499 holds the slot. The balance is settled at the clinic by cash, card or UPI. You can also choose to pay in full online.
Free up to six hours before your session. After that the booking fee is not returned, but it stays as credit for three months.
Booking a session
Yes. Say so when you book and we will match it wherever the rota allows. If nobody matching is free that day, we will tell you rather than leaving you with an empty list.
Only you and the therapist treating you can open your screening answers. Reception sees that the form is complete, not what is in it.
Yes, across Mumbai, with a travel charge added at checkout rather than sprung on you on the day. Premium suite sessions with Dr. Ganesh are at the Andheri (East) clinic only.
